One of the most heart-rending sights on our streets: the mentally-ill roadside destitute, living off the streets, whom you’ve always wanted to help but didn’t know how or where to turn to. Lonely, haggard, unkempt, disheveled mortals, stripped of all human dignity, but humans nevertheless.
